We are taking on HYROX London and being Hospice Heroes for Cynthia Spencer Hospice.

We are wanting to raise £500 which would fund one day of hospice care.

Cynthia Spencer is close to our hearts and our home in Northampton. My nan used to volunteer at the hospice, and my great nan was cared for there. We want to give something back to the team who looked after our family.

Please help by sponsoring our challenge as we strive to make a difference whilst their care team continue to work tirelessly on the front line to help others in need!
