Here are a few words from the creator of Boot Out Breast Cancer.

My name is Debbie Dowie and I decided to set up a new charity in 2010 after I was diagnosed with breast cancer back in August 2009. I was one of the lucky ones, in that my cancer was discovered early and my prognosis was very good but I realised that for some this is not the case. As a result of this information I began fundraising in order to purchase diagnostic equipment for the NHS.
