We will be holding a challenge on May 17th 2025 at our gym to fundraise for Age Concern Twyford & District.

We are excited to be raising funds with the goal of helping them replace their well-loved easy chairs and provide more comfortable seating for their members. We believe in giving back to the community and supporting the wellbeing of older adults who rely on these welcoming spaces to relax, connect, and enjoy their time together.

The challenge is to reach 384,400 km (distance to the Moon) with the use of 12 machines (4 x Air-Bikes, 4 x Rowers, 4 x Skiergs) simultaneously.

Everyone is welcome to take part, and we will make it a fun challenge!

Who are Age Concern Twyford & District?

They are a registered charity operating a small, independent social club dedicated to serving the local community. Their mission is to provide essential care and support services while offering stimulating activities, companionship, and enjoyment to their members. They ensure that they fulfill all their members' needs while treating them with the respect they deserve. They pride ourselves on being dementia-friendly and caring for those with long-term health conditions and individuals with disabilities within our community.
