IAN JAMES, MARTIN MAY and SHELDON DONIN are taking part this year in the now infamous Mo-vember challenge. We will be “braving the shave” on 31st of October 2025 and then starting our “Mo-Growing” from 1st November.

We are raising money for MENTALK SWALE, a fantastic charity that supports Men’s mental health in the Swale area of Kent.
