Hello all,

In Feb 2023, my cousin sustained major injuries to his skull and brain after an unprovoked attack on his way home from a night out leading to a month in hospital. The injuries have forced him and his family into a long road to recovery, which he continues to this day and to his credit he has made massive strides back to normality with the help of the NHS and various charities. One of these is 'Headway' which was available to my cousin at the time and continues to be, as he travels the road of recovery back to full normality.

Headway aids many people and their families as they navigate the challenges posed by brain injuries.

My London Landmark Half marathon run is in aid of Headway, and I ask that you give generously to this great charity!
