What started as a funny misheard word among five friends became a powerful tradition - The Bra-B-Q.

We created this event in memory of our best friend Fran

- a beautiful soul and local legend who was cared for by Birmingham Hospice. Her strength, humour and warmth inspire everything we do.

Now, each year, we bring together our community to celebrate life, raise money, and remember what really matters - laughter, love and looking after each other.
