Our lovely friend Jo, who is just 52 years old, was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s several years ago. After suffering a stroke two years ago, Jo has never been able to return back to her family home and has been in full time care since.

We have all known Jo for many years and we miss her fun, lively and loving personality, while Jo is being cared for so fabulously we wanted to raise funds to help raise awareness and help with the care for families living with this terrible disease.
