Tabor Living is growing to support more people to move on from homelessness. Our new home means all guests to have their own room, as well as offering move on accommodation. This means more people can access our specialist strength-based support.

Story

Gavin McCabe & Three of his closest friends will be taking on the three peak challenge 8th June 2024 - Gavin & friends aim to climb, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon in a 24 hour period.

The Christy Lambe Foundation is committed to raising funds and creating awareness for charities that address homelessness and mental health issues. The Foundation has planned an active fundraising schedule for 2024 to make a significant impact. Presently, the Foundation is supporting Tabor Living, Standing Tall, and the Lighthouse Club. Through these partnerships, the Foundation aims to create a lasting impact in the lives of the people it serves; your donations will directly go to Tabor Living.

Over the last five years, Tabor House has supported over 70 men and women, who were sleeping rough on the streets of Birmingham into their own home and into work. However, over this time we have become increasingly conscious of the need for increased support for homeless people. We have started work with St Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church in the heart of Birmingham to provide a new home for our work with homeless people. We are taking the opportunity to bring all our services together under the name Tabor Living.

Your donations will enable our skilled and experienced staff to provide activities, food, and specialist support to overcome the challenges in their lives, focusing on their unique strengths as they move forward.

Thank you for supporting the work of Tabor Living
