We will be doing several challenges throughout the year

AuDHD UK's mission is to improve access to neuro-affirming assessments and create safe spaces where every AuDHDer feels understood, supported, and able to thrive. Thank you to all our fundraisers! If you have a fundraising event you would like to tell us about, please email hello@audhduk.org

Story

We’re proud to announce that AuDHD UK is The Counselling Space’s Charity of the Year.

This isn’t just a partnership. It’s personal.

Within our team, AuDHD touches lives we love. In our therapy rooms, we witness the profound struggles of neurodivergent clients—the misunderstanding, the masking, the exhaustion, and too often, the darkness of suicidal ideation that comes from a world not built for brilliant, different minds.

AuDHD UK is changing that. They provide life-saving support, advocacy, and community for people navigating Autism and ADHD together. Their work aligns perfectly with ours: seeing people as they truly are, holding space for their reality, and fighting to change the narrative around mental health and neurodiversity.

This year, we’re not just talking about change. We’re climbing for it. We’re running for it.

We’re fighting for it.

Our team is taking on the 3 Peaks Challenge, a 5K run, a 10K run, and more - pushing our limits to raise £10,000 for AuDHD UK.

But here’s the truth: we can’t do this alone. We need you. Your donations. Your stories. Your presence. Your voice.

Follow our journey: We’ll be sharing our training, our struggles, our victories, and every step of this challenge on social media. Follow along, cheer us on, and be part of this mission from start to finish.

This is bigger than us. This is about every person who’s been told they’re “too much” or “not enough.” Every child struggling to be understood. Every adult finally getting diagnosed and feeling seen for the first time. Every family navigating a system that wasn’t designed for them.
