Four-Year-Old Zander Coates, of Keld, North Yorkshire, has been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).

It is a devastating muscle-wasting disease and the most common and severe form of muscular dystrophy. It mainly affects boys.
