24 Hour Bike Ride · 14 November 2025

The Grace Dear Trust is a mental health charity recently set up after losing our daughter & sister Grace Dear to suicide aged just 27 in February 2017. We started this charity hoping to help save the lives of other young people suffering with mental health issues. Mental health affects 1 in 4 people and too many of them suffer without the help they need. We want change, letting people know “it’s ok not to be ok”. "Together We Are Stronger"

Story

3 men, Robbie Adam, Ollie Palmer and Josh Brown will be attempting to cycle for 24 hour from the 14th of November at 1800 to the 15th of November at 1800 down at the Old Plough in Cobham (by the station) in memory of Ben Hope, for the Grace Dear Trust.

We will have a fourth bike for people to get involved throughout the 24 hours and support the guys!

We want to raise awareness for suicide prevention and mental health in the Elmbridge area. It’s OK, not to be OK!

Info on the charity:

Our charity was set up after losing our beloved daughter and sister, Grace Dear, to suicide aged just 27 in

February 2017. Grace had been suffering with depression and anxiety from the age of 13, but hadn’t felt she could reach out to anyone to help her make sense of her feelings. Not knowing why she felt the way she did, she suffered in silence for many years.

Our trust works to educate young people, encouraging them to talk about their feelings and make mental health an everyday topic of conversation. "it's ok not to be ok"
