The Gym Group's founding mission is to break down barriers to fitness and in Chichester we are partnering with NHS Charities Together to continue on this mission for fitter and healthier communities.

On Saturday 6th July we will be running a Hyrox Sim event. Experience the thrill of Hyrox with a 'half simulation' challenge, whilst contributing to a good cause.

Compete against others in the challenge or against your own PB, whilst our gym team adjudicate.

Recommended donation is £10 per entry, and all proceeds will go to our Partner Charity, NHS Charities Together.
