The Gym Group's founding mission is to break down barriers to fitness and in Chichester we are partnering with NHS Charities Together to continue on this mission for fitter and healthier communities.

Chris, Barney, George and Grace will be taking part in a charity run from The Gym Group Portsmouth to The Gym Group Chichester on Friday 22nd December in aid of NHS Charities Together.

They’ll be getting in the Christmas spirit and completing the 16.8 mile run in Santa themed outfits.

They'll be starting at TGG Portsmouth at 8:30am and aim to reach TGG Chichester by 11:30am.
