Story
I’m doing the time - you decide how long.
I’m locking myself inside a rescue dog kennel at Birch Hill Dog Rescue to help them raise funds to build kennels. Birch Hill have been wanting to replace their current kennels for a long time due to them being small & tired.
My minimum sentence is 6 hours but YOU decide how long I stay.
Every fundraising milestone adds more time to my sentence - upto 36 hours inside a kennel.
Throughout the lock-in, rescue dogs from the kennels will be rotating in to keep me company. I’ll be sharing their stories and showing you their true nature whilst with me, just incase their forever family is watching..
Every single penny raised goes directly to Birch Hill Rescue to help fund the construction of new, improved kennels.
If dogs have to wait for their homes, let’s make sure they’re waiting in comfort.
The milestones:
£1,000 - sentence extended to 9 hours - Lights out - I stay through sunset
£2,500 - extended to 12 hours (over night confirmed)
£4,000 - extended to 16 hours
£6,000 - extended to 20 hours (past the point of no return)
£8,000 - Extended to 24 hours (full day and night)
£12,000 - Maximum sentence - 36 hours
I’ve spent years working with rescue dogs, in rescues, through Shropshire Canine & The JD foundation. I’ve seen what a kennel does to a dog, I know what they go through, and now I’m going to go through it with them.
Thank you for donating, sharing & helping me be their voice.
