I’m an on-call firefighter, and I’m taking on the 999 Coaster Challenge to raise money for Fire Fighters Charity.

Starting from home before sunrise, I’ll attempt to travel to all four major UK Merlin theme parks and complete one iconic coaster at each:

🎢 The Smiler at Alton Towers

🎢 Minifigure Speedway at LEGOLAND Windsor

🎢 Mandrill Mayhem at Chessington World of Adventures

🎢 Hyperia at Thorpe Park

That means hundreds of miles, four different parks, unpredictable traffic, ride queues and possible breakdowns—all before the final park closes.

Fire Fighters Charity provides vital support to people across the fire-service community and their families. As a firefighter, this is a cause that means a great deal to me.
