Story
James, Ned, and Lewis are taking on the incredible challenge of the Jurassic Coast 100km Ultra — a gruelling trail along Dorset's World Heritage coastline, with thousands of metres of elevation and rugged paths.
They're pushing their limits over this demanding 100km course to raise vital funds for The Lily Mae Foundation, a UK charity dedicated to supporting families devastated by neonatal death, still born and miscarriage.
The charity has recently helped close friends of theirs, Faye & Ryan, through an incredibly hard time when they unexpectedly lost their beautiful baby girl, Bella Faye Brittan, shortly after birth.
The Lily Mae Foundation have and are continuing to provide the compassion and practical support that is making all the difference during unimaginable grief. That personal connection makes this run even more meaningful.
Every donation helps provide:
- Beautiful personalised memory boxes, given to families leaving hospital, offering comfort and a way to treasure precious mementos, these are £90 a box
- Counselling sessions and 1-to-1 bereavement support from trained specialists, these can cost £50 - £60 per session
- Ongoing help, including support and resources for parents, siblings, and extended family
The memory box given to each family when they leave the hospital is invaluable and the most precious thing that families may own, something that Faye & Ryan believe.
Baby loss is heartbreakingly common, yet often silent. Your support means grieving families don't face it alone — they receive compassion, understanding, and practical help at their most vulnerable time.
Please sponsor James, Ned, and Lewis today — every pound makes a real difference.
Together, we can help create lasting memories and provide essential support where it's needed most.
