To celebrate 10 years of healthy living after my heart by pass operation I am organising another Long Walk Home spectacular. This year we are doing 25 miles around the leafy suburbs of Sutton Coldfield, Four Oaks, Little Aston and Streetly.

i will be joined by a merry bunch of friends to keep me company along the way so please embrace their commitment with a donation to the cause.

We are raising money for the Buddy Bag Foundation, a charity with the explicit aim of helping 48000 innocent children caught up in domestic violence every year.

This will be the 7th iteration of the Long Walk Home since the first one back in 2015, and over that period we have raised around £60k for various charities. 25 miles in 2025, it should be fun!
