This October I am taking on the Chicago Marathon in support of Thembalitsha, an incredible charity that brings hope, health, and education to children in the Western Cape, South Africa.

For those that know me I ran London marathon for Thembalitsha in 2021 and swore that I would never run a marathon again...

So four years later I clearly had a change of mind (arm twisted by Kim D.) and laced up my running shoes and completed Berlin marathon. That one was not too bad so I have decided to do another of the majors.

Every step I take is dedicated to making a real difference in helping to provide essential resources, education, and life-changing opportunities to communities that need it most.
