On 22nd May, I’ll be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge – climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.

I’m doing this in support of Refuge, a charity that provides vital support to women and children experiencing domestic abuse. Their work offers safety, protection, and a path to rebuilding lives – something no one should have to face alone.

This challenge will push me physically and mentally, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges faced by those Refuge supports every day.

I’m aiming to raise £500, and any donation – big or small – will make a real difference.
