This charity is extremely close to my heart having watched my father suffer with this illness for many years. His final two years were the hardest to watch and be part off. My mother also was showing signs of dementia but fortunately she passed away before it took full hold.

I am doing this walk with a few members of my family and hope to raise some much needed funds. I appreciate we always ask the people we love the most to support our causes but I hope you can find a few spare funds to help me on the journey.
