Story
At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.
We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
Having worked in various settings supporting people living with dementia for 36 years I have observed the devastation dementia causes to the person living with the disease and their loved ones and family. As more people are diagnosed with dementia and figures predicted to rise further it is more important than ever for further research for the future and that as a society we support those living with dementia and walk beside their loved ones and family side by side guiding them through the twists and turns of unknown waters. I am dedicated in supporting people living with dementia and on 1st August I will be taking it to a whole new level and will be walking Norfolk Coast trek 26 miles. Please donate and get behind me with every step I take to such a deserving cause, each donation will be greatly appreciated. If you are not in a position to donate please get behind the cause by sharing my page far and wide. Thank you for taking the time to read my page
