This week, from 8th to 14th September, I have been given an opportunity to sail on a yacht from Plymouth to Falmouth. I will be dipping everyday come rain or shine and hauling in the ropes despite the constant pain!

I recently stated volunteering with MK Sailability and can see the difference sailing makes already for their guests. I would like to try and raise some funds to help with the pontoon repairs.

The organisation is run by a small dedicated group of people who sail on Caldecott lake in Milton Keynes.

They rely on volunteers and donations to maintain the boats and provide sailing opportunities for all.
