Story
This year, RAWD, an incredible Liverpool-based arts charity, turns 15 years old!
RAWD stands for Random Acts of Wildness Disability.
Ben has been a member of RAWD for a few years now. It has provided a safe and supportive environment for him to express his unique creativity through drama, music and writing. He really loves it!
To celebrate, they’re raising £15,000 to help disabled artists thrive for the next 15 years and beyond.
I’m joining their 15 for 15 campaign by taking on my own “15” challenge:
Afternoon tea, plant and book sale on Thursday 21st May 2-5pm.
Every donation will help RAWD:
Run weekly creative sessions for 90+ disabled artists
Produce inclusive performances across the North West
Train and employ disabled creatives
RAWD believes creativity is a powerful tool for independence, confidence, and expression - and I do too.
Please support me by coming to my event and or donating £5, £15, or whatever you can.
Let’s make sure RAWD is still lighting up stages for another 15 years.
