Every year we have set ourselves the goal as a family to raise money for amazing charities that offer support to children and adults living with limb difference and their families.

We’ve been so fortunate to have been welcomed into the beautiful community LimbBo have created with open arms. We have received so much support and information as we started our parenting journey with our little boy, Teddy who has upper limb difference. It has been very special to meet other families like ours to learn and observe how beautifully children adapt and grow as well as celebrating the differences we are born with. It’s also helped us navigate how we educate and share information on limb difference, to do our bit in creating a more inclusive and accepting world for Teddy to grow up in.

Seeing first hand the amazing support LimbBo gives to children and caregivers, we knew this had to be our chosen charity for our first fundraiser. To help LimbBo continue their amazing work, on behalf of Teddy (we’re sure he’ll be joining in at the nearest opportunity!) we will be completing the North West Tough Mudder on Saturday the 19th of October.
