I’m running my first and only marathon on the 16th April for a fab local charity called The Little Green Sock Project.

They are on a mission, to help reduce the financial burden of clothing for families in need, by reusing and gifting clothing and children’s items donated by our local community, whilst creating a positive change in behaviour towards a more circular economy

From their website “Children outgrow their clothes so quickly, and there is more than enough clothes to go around! We harness the support of the local community to collect items no longer required. We sort them to ensure they are good quality, and gift them on to those who need them the most, from one family to another.We work with referral partners who are professionals already supporting families in financial crisis, such as health visitors, foodbanks, domestic violence refuge, who refer families to us for support during a difficult time for them”
