My name is David Haze, an avid stand up paddle boarding adventurer. Life has presented its challenges, particularly with my struggles with mental health, but I've managed to overcome these obstacles and persevere. Charities like 'Dorset Mind' have played a crucial role in my journey and have helped many more.

The support I have received for my mental health is immeasurable, motivating me to embark on many challenges and share my story!

On the 28th of August will be taking on my biggest challenge and I will be attempting to achieve the longest non stop paddle on a Standup Paddle Board!

This will be my 8th adventure of the year part of my 'Twelve 4 Twelve' campaign, where I am undertaking one big adventure every month.

My goal is to raise both funds and awareness for the incredible and inspirational charity, 'Dorset Mind.'

I have raised my target amount and I'm optimistic that together, we can surpass it for this worthy cause.
