I'll be hosting a beautiful fun beach flow on Christmas Eve, 10am @ Findhorn beach to help raise money for Moray Fresh Start.

They're a local charity based in Elgin supporting people who've been homeless and are moving into new tenancies. They help them set up with basic items they need for their home. They also support other people in times of need, coming out of hospital or other emergency situations.

It'll be an all levels Vinyasa flow & I'm inviting you to donate as much £ as you can afford to join in (minimum suggested donation £10 which would be the usual flow price).

There will also be a 'Beach Bliss Wild Vibe Prize Draw' you can enter on the day for an additional £10 with a chance to win delicious coffee & cake vouchers thanks to Olive Van & Torta as well as a private sauna for two with The Watershed. Our list of contributors to this is growing, so we've also now got Coffee from Greenbridge Organics and yummy local honey from Emma's Bees. If you can't make the yoga, but want to support the event & enter into the draw please make a donation (also minimum £10) and say Beach Bliss! I will update the winner(s) here.
