On 2nd August 2023 we lost our mum to a short and intense battle with bowel cancer. During a time of such uncertainty mum was transferred to Barnsley Hospice who not only helped to manage mums pain relief but also gave her back her independence that she craved.

Barnsley Hospice were amazing and we will forever be indebted to them for the care and support they showed us as a family but also to our mum. In her words 'she felt at peace and relaxed' sat in the garden enjoying the sunshine.

Now in 2024, we are on a mission to honour mums memory and take on some big challenges; a 10KM run, a Sky Dive, Yorkshire 3 Peaks and National 3 Peaks!

Let's turn our sadness into something postive and raise as much money as possible so others can receive the care and support we did.
