Hello, our names are Jordan and Kaine,

We are taking on a challenge that will test us physically, mentally, and emotionally we are walking all the way from Langley Mill to Skegness. Every mile we walk has a purpose.

We are doing this in memory of our friend and dad Jeffro Knight, who sadly lost his life to suicide.

Jeffro was someone who mattered deeply to us. His loss has left a space that can never truly be filled, and it has made us realise just how important mentalhealth is. Too many people suffer in silence, believing they are alone, and we do not want Jeffro’s memory to fade away without making a difference.

This walk is our way of honouring him.

The journey from Langley Mill to Skegness is long, and there will be tired legs, sore feet and difficult moments. But none of that compares to the pain of losing someone we cared about.

Whenever the walk becomes hard, we will remember why we started: for Jeffro, for his memory, and for everyone who is struggling with their mental health.

We are raising money for Mind, a charity that provides support, advice, and hope to people experiencing mental health problems. We believe that the work Mind does can save lives, and if our walk encourages even one person to reach out for help, then every step will have been a success.
