Earlier this year, I lost my dad at just 61 years old.

Anyone who knew him knew how much he loved the outdoors, football, the community around him, and spending time with people.

He was the kind of person who always got involved, always showed up, and always cared.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can honour him in a way that feels meaningful.

Something positive. Something that gives back.

I’m launching Thirty Before 30.

Between now and turning 30 next May, I’m going to take on 30 fundraising challenges, events, adventures, and community activities to raise money for charities and organisations close to dad, including:

…with potentially more to come along the way.

From hiking challenges, football events and kayaking to community fundraisers, endurance challenges, and probably a few ridiculous ideas too. I wish to do things that are revolve around what dad enjoyed.

This is about celebrating the things my dad loved most: Community. Sport. Adventure. People. 💙

And hopefully doing some good in his name. I’d love for as many people as possible to get involved!

Whether that’s through ideas, support, sponsorship, joining challenges, or simply sharing the journey.
