WE'RE BACK!

Oh, words can't describe how good it feels to be here again! I'm absolutely thrilled to be returning to the London 10K on July 13th as part of the incredible SpecialEffect team!

The London 10K is SE’s longest-standing fundraising event. What started with just a handful of runners in 2009 has now grown to over 150 strong! I've had the honour of being an ambassador for SE for almost a decade.

As a cancer survivor, I know first-hand how disability, and the lack of access to things you love, like video games, can deeply impact your mental health and quality of life during crucial times. Now that I can not only walk but run again, I'm joining this event to help raise funds, and awareness, that will enable SE to continue their amazing work helping people with physical disabilities access technology—promoting inclusion, enjoyment, and independence.

There might be some walking, a bit of running, and maybe even a few ambitious sprints,but no matter the pace, I’ll be doing it alongside a fantastic group of people, raising money and awareness for this cause that means the world to me ❤️

Over the years, funds raised by the London 10K team have helped hundreds of people with physical disabilities enjoy access to video games. This really such an important event in SE's calendar, and it makes a genuine impact!
