Story
As part of my MA Public History final project, I am creating This Way to the Front, a pop-up exhibition exploring the Hundred Days Offensive of 1918 and the experiences of those who lived through it.
The exhibition will be held at Henley Market on 6 August 2026 and will bring together military history, local stories and personal experiences in an accessible and engaging way for the community.
Alongside the exhibition, I am raising money for the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, an organisation I am incredibly proud to volunteer with. The CWGC cares for the graves and memorials of 1.7 million Commonwealth service personnel who died during the First and Second World Wars, ensuring that their names and stories are never forgotten.
Any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated. Your support will help the CWGC continue its vital work preserving these sites of remembrance and sharing the stories of those who gave their lives.
Thank you so much for supporting the exhibition and helping to keep their memory alive.
