Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. We’re striving for a cure, by revolutionising the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia.

Story

Support Our 300km Running Challenge for Alzheimer’s Research UK!

This January, my brother Alex and I are running a combined 300km – roughly the distance from Kettering to Glastonbury – to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK, a cause close to our hearts.

Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer, with someone diagnosed every three minutes. Over 900,000 people are currently living with it in the UK, and there’s still no cure. Alzheimer’s Research UK is leading the way to prevent, diagnose, treat, and ultimately cure dementia – but they need our support to make breakthroughs happen.

Every step we take brings us closer to a world without dementia. We’ll be tracking our progress on Strava, so you can follow along and cheer us on:

Any donation, big or small, will make a real difference, helping to fund vital research and support those affected. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to join us for a run or two!

Thank you for your support – let’s make this January count!

Cheers,

Tom & Alex (aka the Beale Brothers – like the Brownlee Brothers, but slower).
