In June, Laura and I will walk the continuous 100km Lake District challenge through the day and night. We are doing this to raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Society, which is a cause close to both of our hearts. Most recently so with the loss of Laura’s Dad Derrick, who passed last year shortly before our wedding day.

With him in our thoughts, we will be doing this challenge the weekend before Father’s Day, which seemed like an appropriate time to tackle this brutal walk.
