On Saturday 25th January 2025 I will doing a Hyrox race as an Individual in Manchester. I will be doing this for MacMillian Cancer Support.

My Grandma (Irene Bright) who still to this day was everything you wanted in a grandparent, loving, kind, spoilt me and would do anything to make her grandkids happy. She played a huge role in helping me become the man I am today. Everyday I miss her.

She was firstly diagnosed with breast cancer in 2001 and then in 2008 later became terminally ill with Brain Cancer. Which nobody wants to see their family go through.

MacMillan was absolutely fantastic at looking after and supporting her throughout her final moments every single day until she decided it was time to rest. Without MacMillan her final days would have been even more insufferable for herself and us all.
