I will be taking part in this years Bude RNLI Lifeboat Run which takes place on Wednesday 12th June 2024.

It consists of a 6-mile Senior run for those over 15 years old and a 1-mile Junior race for those under 15 years old.

All money raised by the entrants to these races will help to support the RNLI Lifeboats, their volunteer crews and our Lifeguards.
