In October 2026, I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK, a cause that is deeply personal to me and my family.

Bowel Cancer UK is the leading charity in the UK dedicated to bowel cancer, and together we are determined to save lives and enhance the quality of life for everyone affected by this disease.

Bowel cancer is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK, claiming over 16,000 lives each year from a disease that is preventable, treatable, and curable. We believe that with your support, we can change this heartbreaking statistic.

The funds raised through my participation in the Cardiff Half Marathon will help provide vital support and information to patients and their families. They will also enable us to fund essential research into bowel cancer and advocate for early diagnosis as well as optimal treatment and care for all those affected.
