Why I'm Fundraising for Rainbow Trust 🌈

The Rainbow Trust Children's Charity is the HCSA voted charity of the year for 2026.

As a National Council member for the HCSA I am aiming to support the charity by joining and fundraising for 40 years, 40 miles, 40 days.

The 40 days will start on the 23rd March 2026 and end on the 2nd May 2026.

When a child becomes seriously ill, everything changes. Families are thrown into chaos - hospital visits, emotional stress, financial strain, and trying to hold it all together for their other children.

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity steps in when families need it most. Their incredible Family Support Workers provide practical and emotional help, from driving families to hospital appointments, to supporting siblings who feel lost and scared, to simply being there when no one else can.

They are a lifeline. But they rely almost entirely on donations to keep going.

That’s why I’m fundraising - to help Rainbow Trust continue to support families facing the unimaginable.
