Story
A long-standing tradition at Thomas Keble is an annual sponsored walk as our principal charity work. Over the years, the walk has raised a tremendous amount of money, averaging over £8,000 each year and a wide variety of local, national and international causes have benefited from the students’ efforts.
This year we will be supporting the following charities:
• Help a Hedgehog Hospital in Stroud
• Meningitis Now, founded in Stroud and Stonehouse
• Thomas Keble PTA Fundraising Campaign
Each charity will receive a third of the total funds raised.
The walk takes place entirely in the school day, this year on Friday 25th September. It follows an established route that is closely marshalled by a combination of parents and school staff.
