This June, I'm taking part in the Dragon Ride Gran Fondo in Wales and have chosen to try and raise some funds for Soccer Aid for UNICEF 2024 whilst I'm at it!

The Dragon Ride will be a tough day in the saddle covering 213km through the Brecon Beacons with 3,500m of climbing.

I'm always proud of the work Primark do with Unicef as I have the pleasure of being involved with the team that provide the suits the players will be wearing pre-match at the Soccer Aid match I wanted to try to do that little bit extra to help the cause.

£10 could help vaccinate over 50 children against deadly and devastating diseases, with life-long protection. 

£20 could buy exercise books for 260 children to help them learn and enjoy school.

£30 could buy a fleecy, thermal blanket to help keep 6 babies snug and warm during an emergency. 

£40 could help provide enough life-saving therapeutic food for 3 children for one week.
