Tom's fundraiser for The Amy Robinson Foundation

Race to the Stones 2024 · 13 July 2024 to 14 July 2024 ·
On 13th July I’m going to be attempting to run 100km non-stop in the Race to the Stones ultramarathon (from Lewknor in Oxfordshire to Avebury in Wiltshire) and am raising money for the Amy Robinson Foundation. It would mean a lot to me, and to my friends Laura and Kieran (Amy’s parents), if you’d consider donating to support this fantastic cause and help power me through the run.
The Amy Robinson Foundation is a charitable trust which aims to improve the lives of young people and support families affected by child bereavement. It is founded in memory of beautiful Amy who died suddenly and without explanation aged three and a half years old.
In 2024 the foundation will focus on raising funds for SUDC UK, a charity which is dedicated to increasing awareness of sudden unexplained deaths in childhood and funding crucial research into the causes and prevention of SUDC. Over 40 children in England and Wales die every year without reason and SUDC UK advocates for the needs of families affected by these tragedies. The foundation will also be setting up a scheme to award grants to families who need counselling support following bereavement.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Finally - a shout out to my Ministry of Justice colleagues Craig, Geraint and Iain (see photo above for the handsome trio) who will be running with me.
Thank you, I am incredibly grateful for your support!
