Green Tie Champions is a fundraising initiative bringing together men who believe in the power of girls’ leadership.

This March, Champions are raising critical funds for Girl Scouts of Connecticut, helping provide girls with hands-on programs that foster confidence, resilience, and leadership. Each Champion is sharing their personal connection to Girl Scouts and inviting their community to support a cause that shapes strong futures.

I have two nieces who both were Girl Scouts, growing up in North Jersey. The lessons they learned and the bonds which they formed with their scouting peers extended through their school years and beyond. The Girl Scouts organization helped to develop them into thoughtful, well rounded, community focused individuals in their respective locales.

The team at Girl Scouts of Connecticut is dedicated to empowering girls through learning experiences, community events and leadership opportunities that will help to shape their futures and provide pathways to success in their personal and educational endeavors.
