As some of you may know I lost my dad to cancer in April last year. During this time MacMillan were an amazing support to my family; their nurses were a continual comfort during Dad's many hours of chemo and they were always the first port of call for any advice we needed.

As the year anniversary is somehow quickly approaching it seems fitting to have been given the opportunity to give a something back to such a wonderful charity. On the 14th of April, as part of 'Team Cisilion', I’ll be running the Richmond Park 10K to help raise money and so any donations towards this would be massively appreciated.
