After losing our friend and dear colleague David Royal in 2023 to Bowel Cancer, this feels like an excellent opportunity to remember him as we approach the first anniversary of his passing.

A large number of his work colleagues will be remembering David and raising money for Bowel Cancer UK by taking part in a 15 or 24 mile walk through the New Forest in July.

I've decided to attempt the 24 mile route... how hard can it be? Its just one foot in front of the other! Eeeek.

They fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.
