This May, the four of us - Thomas, Sam, Gus and Hiero - are taking part in a triathlon to raise money for two amazing charities: Restless Development and MIND.

Restless Development helps young people around the world get education, jobs and a fair chance at life. Every kid deserves opportunities, no matter where they're from.

MIND helps people with their mental health - because feeling anxious, sad or worried is something lots of people go through, and they deserve proper support.

We'll be training hard and giving it everything we've got.
