hi I am Tom I am taking part in UWCB on the 22nd March in Exeter, and raising money for
#do it for Deaks kings care
Please donate generously - every single penny helps.
For years I have struggled with mental health issues I’ve seen very close friends of mine go through the same and being lads we feel like we can’t express how we feel like everyone else does. We find it hard to talk, we find it hard to open up as being a man is tough on its own. Also as the years I’ve struggled myself I’ve unfortunately lost 3 very very close friends of mine to this horrible illness! So I’m taking part in this to not only prove to myself I can do this but to raise money and awareness for a brilliant cause that’s very close to home and also a charity of a good friend of mine. #DOITFORDEAKS Provide a safe space for men and boys of all ages to go to if they feel they need help or just someone to talk to! I’ve lost 3 very special friends that I will be representing on the night Kyle, Craig and Ryan aswell as my self. All I ask of you lovely lot is a quick share on your socials and a spare quid or whatever you can do. I’m giving my everything to put on a show for the boys we’ve lost and the boys that are struggling. I can’t wait for this journey and for you all to come along. I can’t thank kings care enough for letting me choose them and I can’t thank you all enough already for the support I’ve had because if you know me you know I’ll chat to any one, I’m always laughing and joking but that’s just a mask! And the face that I’ll be going completely out of my comfort zone infornt of about 1000 people 😂 let’s do this and let’s make the boys we’ve lost proud! 22nd march can’t come quick enough!
KingsCare exists to provide support when needed, usually following a downturn in someone’s health or a change in circumstances that affects their mental health or direction in life.
