I'm raising money for The Christie Charity, who support the Christie Hospital, one of the leading cancer hospitals in the world. Though the NHS do fund some of the Christie, and it is a free to use hospital, the christie charity allows for greater levels of funding for research and services. My wife has now been treated by the Christie twice, and will remain in the care of the consultants for the rest of her life. It's no exaggeration that if the christie charity didn't exist then the likelihood would be that she would already have left us.

I'm running the Tatton 10km in now in May, due to an injury and I plan to do further events over the year. Any donation helps, as I try to raise £1000 this year. I've now completed the first 5 events, and before May '26 will be completing my final event. The Pendle 3 peaks!
