Alzheimer is sadly a very common disease in this day and age, to an extent where you will struggle to find something who doesn't know a loved one or friend is suffering or was lost due to dementia.

At Alzheimer’s Society they’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
