The youth at Ansar Ventures have been pondering how to improve economic inclusion in the town. Following a research beief from the local anuthority and guidance from ethical investment companies, they are launching the towns first youth-led Endowment Fund.
It’s an innovative way of growing funds to help, support, and strengthen our community. All donated funds will be invested into sound, profitable initiatives (guided by investment professionals) and the profits will help grow the fund with an increasing poryion dispersed to charitable causes annually,
Help support this new income stream for the greater good!. To kickstart this, I’ll be participating in another first - the towns first 1km three-legged race on Saturday 22nd November. Feel free to join in and raise sponsorships, spectate (and be entertained) or just donate.
This fund is a unique way of giving perpetually taking learnings from endowment funds like those which power Oxford and Cambridge universities.
