Hi! I'm Tiegan- a 24 year old Mama to my little boy, Ez.

I’m reaching out to you with a deep sense of gratitude and a heartfelt request for support. In May 2023, my son faced an incredibly tough journey, being born at just 24W+1 via emergency c-section. He weighed only 750 grams. We, as a family, spent 136 days in L&D NICU before we were able to walk out of the doors as a family of three. He's now about to turn 2 (corrected age 20 months) in May!

Thanks to the incredible team of doctors, nurses, and specialists, my baby received the life-saving care he needed to survive and thrive. I will forever be grateful to them for the hope and strength they gave us during those uncertain days and for becoming a family with them.

Now, I want to give back and help the unit that provided my baby with such exceptional care.

On July the 12th 2025, I will be abseiling their newly built 'Acute Services Block'. This new building also holds their new neonatal unit. These doctors and nurses work tirelessly around the clock to give the tiniest and most vulnerable babies a fighting chance.

Funds raised through this campaign will go directly to support the L&D Neonatal Care Unit as well as the helping the parent accommodation needs, which me and my partner both used during our long stint.

Your donations will directly impact the care of newborns and provide other families with the same hope and support we received. No amount is too small, and every penny counts in helping to save more lives.
